This heated up for me quicker than the info booklet stated. It was warm enough in about 5 minutes when I put the lid On top. I used the sticks provided which were a tad wide for my eyebrows (in my opinion). The sticks held the wax and the wax spread over my skin but it was not very smooth. I did not have paper sheets to stick to the wax so I just ripped the wax off from my skin once it was hard and it worked great. The wax was silky soft, and smelt good. My skin was pink as usual after waxing but it was far less harsh then the salons I’ve been to. The whole process took me maybe 12 minutes and no need to go anywhere or pay someone else!

This is a decent warmer, it melted the wax pretty quickly and is adjustable to lower the temp to just keep it warm while in use.This is my first time waxing so I don't know if its me or the wax or both, but as I'm using it its pulling the hair off yes but there is a lot left over hair in the very spot I just waxed, and because of that I am using a lot more wax then I had anticipated, I have already gone through two bags and haven't even completed one leg from my knee down, I think if it continues to be like that even after I get used to it I will just go back to shaving, as that, though a huge pain, is at least more cost effective. If the reason its not working as well is because the hair isn't fully grown out (maybe half grown) that also defeats the purpose for me as I'd half to wait like almost a week between waxings.I wanted to try this in hopes it would be less annoying then shaving every day but it doesn't look like that's going to be the case.So all in all, this is a great warmer, just not so sure about the wax, and they definitely do not give you enough, so if you plan on getting this I would definitely recommend getting extra wax along with it.

The warmer works as it should.. however I did not like using the wax and it doesn't seem to work for my thick coarse leg hair. Really it didn't seem to remove any hair for me even the small thin hairs. Not for me.

I spend $13 every other week on waxing - I purchased this to save money and the ability to do this from home. I have tried other products but this is the closest to professional I have. This warmer gives you the ability to control temp auto shut off - the kit was complete.

I wanted to buy this whole kit so that I can save a few bucks but as it turns out is Incredibly HARD TO SPREAD (I hope the caps help to illustrate frustration and also the pain when trying to remove it. This product will make your spa look like a heaven-sent full of angels willing to help you get rid of the unwanted hair (ugly-cry with a crooked smile). easy to use but its NO for me; #thankunext

This waxing kit heats up quickly, is easy to use and is effective! WishI had bought it a long time ago. Reasonably priced too. Comes with4 packets of wax beads which will last through many applications.Very happy with this purchase!

I wanted to love this product but it's defective. It will only turn on if it's on high (knob all the way turned) and it only stays on for 2-3 minutes at a time before it shuts off. There's then a 4-5 minute window before it'll turn on again after setting to "off" and returning to the high temp. The wax I was able to melt worked wonderfully but it was either too hot or had cooled and hardened due to the defective warmer. If it functioned properly I'm sure it would be amazing.

The kit it self was easy to use, but the wax that came with it is terrible.. The wax was like candle wax ( the best description I can give). If you have course hair the wax is not for you...
