Strong and rigid
I use this to mount my camera and monitor for overhead camera shots.I have mounted to my plasterboard ceiling with tiggle bolts.It is very strong and stable.

Streaming/Video DSLR Desk Mount Solution on the Cheap
Protip : this works fantastically as a desk mount for a DSLR. Just drill 4 holes through your desk, add bolts/nuts and you're good to go. Love it.

They are Holding my lights to the ceiling in a kitchen set and noting has fallen so far. .. lol.. they are a simple and easy to instal and did exactly what I wanted. Iām Avery happy customer as they are a small part of my set, but important and work perfectly.
