The buttons, clasps and hooks are all facing the wrong way and are useless. This purse if very flimsy and would not "stand up" like it is shown in the picture; it does not have a flat bottom. This purse also smells horrible. It is imported, but my wife can't imaging getting the smell out of it and fears it will ruin everything she puts in it. We had to seal the box back up to prevent the room from smelling like the purse. We promptly returned this item and the return process was very easy and accommodating. I would highly recommend this item if you want a smooth return process, but not to keep.

Great purse however I like more pockets and zippers so it's not my favorite. Used it on a trip and was able to carry lots in it and also large pamphlets and out itinerary, tickets, everything. Just needs more pockets and zipper pockets and I'd have been very happy. Didn't use the long strap often but the purse handles worked great on my shoulder to keep the purse close to my body (felt more secure). Nice materials. Only complaint, as I stated is that it only had 1 very small pocket, 1 medium size pocket and 1 maybe 5" zippered pocket inside. Not enough for me.

It says that it is leather, but it doesn't really feel like leather. It feels fake. I like the size of the bag, it is nice and large. I have had the purse for 5 months and the small straps are coming apart. The stitching is coming loose and also the strap has pulled away from the purse itself which has cause a small rip. Maybe it is from caring too much weight in the purse, but with the size of it, it should be able to handle it. I'm disappointed that I will need to purchase another purse in less than a year of use.

I ordered the burgundy and it looks/feels very classy! The bag is big enough to house my 13" laptop in sleeve, laptop charger and dongle in a separate sleeve, and small personal items like wallet, keys, sunglasses, eye drops, tissue paper, and lip gloss. The PU leather is flexible, leaves a classy luster, and has special pattern that makes the bag not look too plastic. The thin shoulder strap is a bit hard on my shoulder once the bag gains more weight. Hope the strap and the clasps can last.

I got this purse and it’s really nice. Mine did not have any smell upon opening. It’s roomy and soft and very well made. Highly recommend. You can’t beat the quality for the price.

The bag looks nice and is very roomy, but the smell was horrible for the first few weeks. After emptying it every day and saturating the inside with Febreeze, the stench finally dissipated. The shoulder strap is too long for my short body, so I used the arm handles. They would not stay buckled at all. I finally had to knot the handle straps, but even the knots would work loose and purse would fall off my arm. The seams did not give me any problems. Fix the stench and the straps and the rating will go up.

Not the quality I expected. More like a rubber tire and the stitching was not well done.

After just three months of occasional use the latches that hold the strap are tearing off of the bag. I’ve only used this bag for essentials and never anything heavy. It’s shame because it is a nice looking bag just not made to last.
