4" AHD 960P HD 1.3 Megapixel, 10x Optical Zoom, 200 Deg/s High Speed PTZ, IP66 Weatherproof Outdoor Security Dome Camera (D-4S13)

The camera was easy to install, program and operate. works good and I get a great picture of my property. the PTZ speed is quick and responsive. I'm looking at replacing my existing PTZ cameras as this one is far superior than my older ones.

It appeared initially that the Intellisecu 4" cameras would meet my security needs. I wrote additional comments to support my one star review, but for some reason they did not post. (The manual that was shipped with the camera was written for people with knowledge that exceeds most lay consumers. I read it from cover to cover and could not comprehend. When I called Amazon to get a number for support, I was given an overseas number for China. They had no local tech support numbers so a tech could walk me through the installation and video observation issues.)I sent it back.

Image is lousy to claim to be 1000tvl.Installed this camera at my home August 4th. programmed the pan tilt presets August14th. Unit is stuck and p/t presets cannot be changed.Can this unit be reset to factory default? Does amazon support any repairs?

This thing is awesome! Image quality is great, control ability works flawlessly, easy to set up. Compare to units costing into the thousands.

Purchased this camera for my front yard so that it could pick up varying angles by rotating, and most importantly since it was 'lightning' proof. Apart from not having the rotation speed I was looking for (which you said you had), after six short weeks, lightning struck and just like that the camera went totally black. Never came back again. I am extremely disappointed as none of the key features came through for me, and now I am without a full security system at home as I am unable to pick up the front of the house (back to square one).Totally Disappointed and Frustrated!!!!

Bad quality. Do not works as expected.

Had it installed for a couple of weeks now. Very nice camera for the price. PTZ functions are fast and focus is also very fast. Picture quality is good to excellent range. Manual is badly written, read it for entertainment :)But it's a simple camera install, 3 wires: power (easy), video (easy), ptz control 2 conductor wire (connection polarity matters, try both ways if not working). When you just power the camera, it displays the device id, protocol and baud rate. Take note of that and configure accordingly on your dvr/controller (look at dvr/controller manual for that), if you don't, PTZ will not work (obviously)

Absolutely horrible video quality. Do not buy it.
