Not what I was looking for
I was not happy with the reception I got with this radio

It's perfect! Small
It's perfect! Small, lightweight, practical... it should work perfectly in an emergency. We keep it someplace readily available just in case. We keep one in our car.The lights are very bright, the solar charger seems to work well. It's nice that you don't have to use replaceable batteries (which always seem to be dead in an emergency). Just use the crank and you are good to go. I've gotten a few minutes' worth of light with just 10 seconds of cranking. Radio reception is ok. It gets some weather station pretty clearly.

Durable, lightweight, easy to use.
Lightweight but durable. Doesn’t take much cranking to get a good charge. I keep it in the car just in case.

Great emergency radio!
I had another NOAA radio in the past but this one is much better. The solar power works great, the hand crank juices up the power easily too. The am fm radio is pretty clear and the NOAA comes in a little fuzzy bits works. Seems to be made really well and I pleased that I made the purchase. Gets my recommendation!!
