I ordered and received this chair in December of 2015. Delivery was excellent, but within a year the chair had a problem with a "contact" mechanism that caused the rollers to change directions--instead the roller just stalled at the bottom of the cycle. Customer service was excellent, and I was sent a new contact mechanism to replace myself. Once the device arrived I called customer service to walk me through the process, which took approx. 30mins. I used the chair happily for about another 6mos before the same mechanism broke. Customer service sent me Two replacement parts, since I was about halfway through the Three Year Warranty, and helped me troubleshoot the cause of the issue. I have Not had to use the third replacement part since then, and it's been over 4yrs.I recommend this chair to people all the time. I have had cranial/lumbar damage to my spine since 1995, and this chair Really helps to reduce the Pain I experience, and keeps my limbs functioning well without feeling the numbness and tingling sensations from pinched nerves. Used on a regular basis, this chair will serve well as a masseuse/masseur, in place of spending the Thousands of dollars needed to pay live practitioners that charge upwards of a dollar a minute. In fact, I made my decision to spend the money on this chair based on the number of massage therapy treatments it would take to Afford it. Tbh, if memory serves me, this chair cost me as much as 6 or 9 massage sessions with a live, licensed/certified, massage therapist. I have enjoyed tens of thousands of dollars worth of massage therapy for nearly five years, and all for the low-low price of just over $2,000 ( approximate cost specified includes tax & delivery ).

OK, so I actually bought this directly from the website instead of through Amazon or EBay - arrived today. Price was $899.00 with an additional $25.00 to ship to a personal address not business. My husband and I unpackaged it in the garage and carried it through the front door together - a bit awkward but doable. Has rollers to the bottom of the chair but was actually easier to pick up and move. I purchased the (chocolate) brown colored model and am glad as it matches well with the rest of the furniture. Setting it up was easy enough. A handful of screws for the shoulder bags, some to mount the remote holder, plug together a few air hoses, power connections and off I went. Appearance wise, it's a nice looking chair. Performance....if you like a chopping, percussion, beat and shake you chair, this isn't the chair for you. Unfortunately, I am that type of person and am disappointed that it doesn't offer that. Nor does it "extend" and stretch you. Yes, it tilts you far back to a zero gravity position to a point your head is lower than your body but it does not lay you flat, grab your hips and stretch you like some chairs do. Your hips are left at a bent somewhat sitting position and leg position auto adjusts with the chair with no ability to control to your own preference. Though the arm bags performed well, I found that my forearms would frequently slip off the "shelf" inbetween the bags filling. It would have been better with some sort of flap to keep this from happening as I found myself repositioning my arms often instead of simply relaxing. Also, I had expected a bag to be directly under my bottom and posterior thighs. Instead, there are only air bags positioned to the outer thighs and a interestingly vibrating affect to the actual seat....let's just say I'd have preferred the air bag.If you aren't the type of person who likes to be pounded on and stretched out, then you would probably like it. The back massage rollers reach very low to my lower back and up past my head, actually. I'm 5'4". I moved the cushion headrest so I could feel the rollers along my neck better, otherwise I barely feel them. I think it's also positioning as it would have been better had the rollers actually push forward to reach my neck. The air bags do pretty well and I found the calf and feet bags performed strongly with a good solid grip. The balls at the feet push up into the bottom of your feet but don't actually roll along your feet, which would have been super nice if they did. But I do like the shoulder bags. Though I'm not physically able to enjoy the full affect of the shoulder bags simply d/t a smaller frame, I found that it helped to hold me back so the back rollers could dig in instead of feeling pushed out of the chair and having to lean/push back into the chair back. The heater is nice, gets warmer with a bit of time...I'm actually sitting in it as I'm writing this. The remote is a loud thing with its beeps....no mute unless I'm missing something.It's a decent chair but I can't help feeling disappointed with the lack of functions I had thought was present. A costly mistake but I'll do my best to enjoy it as it would be pretty difficult to repackage and ship back. Sigh....cup is half full.... :(

Good deal for the money! My only complaint would be that the arm massage compartments don't hold your arms in place (arms keep falling out or getting squeezed out of position). This could have been easily fixed in the design phase by angling the armrest compartments in a more upward "U" shape position or making them adjustable/rotatable. Other than that, the chair looks great and feels great!

Just finished my first 10 min massage. This unit is fantastic. Obviously I'll have to see how it holds the test of time but it looks pretty solid. There are three back massage options... Compression massage options for the shoulder, arms and legs. There is massage for your soles of your feet too!!! A lot of options... But I'm just getting started. The unit is heavy but I was able to push it with no issues. The installation took about an hour.

Bought this chair for my wife as a Christmas present two years ago and it is still in perfect condition after these past two full years of regular use! It was easy to assemble the few pieces and offers incredible relief. The only detractor from this otherwise great massage chair is the height of the neck massage for short individuals. My wife, who is 5’1”, can’t get the neck area to correctly align with her neck anatomy, so we compensate by placing a rolled towel behind her neck.Love this chair. The features and functionality, make this chair an amazing luxury for a great price!

Awesome massage chair! I was a bit skeptical at first especially since the rollers stopped working at first use. However, the customer service was awesome and knowledgeable and sent me a video on how to fix things. It was a pretty easy fix and have not have problems ever since.

I want to love this chair but unfortunately there are some issues: top of shoulders of neck are not touched, the leg rest bunches my legs up and out of the foot holder. I'm 5'9" and need to slump down to get my upper back and push into the legs to stretch. There's a lot less options that o would have thought for the price. I need it for physical therapy and am really disappointed because the box was ruined so i cannot return.
