I was humming and hawing over buying this for weeks. While it is expensive, it's considerably less than other similar sized and weighted blankets. I was worried that it wouldn't be up to scratch.I'm so glad I finally did make the purchase, the quality is excellent and the weight is evenly distributed throughout the blanket. I made the purchase for myself mainly for anxiety and restless leg syndrome and just because I like the idea of sleeping under a weighted blanket! I have to say it's really nice to sleep under. It just gives me a sense of well-being and comfort before I go to sleep. My legs do seem more relaxed but it is early days. Weighted blankets aren't for everyone but I'm delighted with my purchase

Good quality. Good value for money. Better than expected so very happy. Only had it 2 days so can’t really comment on whether it’s helping anxiety yet but it’s certainly not made it worse! Have slept pretty good the last 2 nights and has seemed to have helped with restless leg. Not sure what it’ll be like on warmer summer nights though as very heavy and takes some wriggling to get off! Overall though very happy I went for this instead of another one, by a well known mattress manufacturer priced at £149!!!

I bought this weighted blanket for myself to ease some of my Asperger's symptoms. The quality is good and it's suitable for its purpose - I definitely feel calmer whilst using it. The beads inside the blanket are incredibly small which is great for people who, like me, struggle with sensory input because you can't feel the individual beads however I have noticed that some of the beads leak out the blanket, possibly from between the stitches, which may be something to keep in mind. I remedied this by putting the blanket inside a standard, single duvet cover (this is for the 48"x72" blanket).

I am a female autistic adult and I have always had issues sleeping, mainly noises and other sensory issues but I have had this blanket for less than a day and I have already felt the impact, the first thing I did was have a nap and it was the best nap I have ever had. The weight is perfect and the distribution of beads are really good. I was worried about the smell due to my sensory issues certain smells turn me off of things right away but there weren't any strong smells, the fabric is nice and consistent (I bought the cover as well). It is well worth the purchase the only downside I found was how difficult it is to put it in the cover, I ended up getting my partner to jump inside the cover to tie it to place but this might just be practice makes perfect thing :)

I have to admit I was sceptical about buying this blanket considering the amount it costs but I have been a chronically bad sleeper for the majority of my life and OTC sleep aids only have a limited effect on me. I decided to give this a try and have not regretted it.I bought the one closest to 10% of my body weight and although it took a couple of nights to get used to it, I noticed straight away that the quality of my sleep was better. Once I got used to it my sleep improved 10 fold and I wake up actually feeling like I have slept well which is unheard of for me! It's not a miracle cure, I do still take a little while to get to sleep and still wake up in the night but because this helps me feel that the sleep I do get it good quality I am not bothered by the other bits as much.I do find that I fold over the top edge to get more weight on my shoulder area by apart from that I have no gripes with this.

My adult son has autism. I had over the years considered a weighted blanket, but because of the cost, had been put off doing so as didn't know for sure whether it would help with his sensory issues. I so wish I had bought this much sooner, it is amazing, very heavy and my son says he is now getting a good nights' sleep as feels totally comforted by the weight of the blanket. This helps with anxiety and stress and insomnia, so if your child suffers with these issues, don't hesitate to get this blanket.

I got this blanket nearly two years ago. The compression is amazing at calming me. It can be quite heavy to move around if you suffer fatigue, like I do, but it's still very much worth it. The feeling is like a heavy quilt but less overly-warm (although it can get warm). There are absolutely no tears, rips, frays etc and there are no stains or weird smells, even after all this time. I don't regret my purchase at all, but I am purchasing a smaller, cooling one as a supplement in the warmer months.

Took little time to arrive, good quality fabric, & felt as heavy as described, after only 3 nights ive felt rested, less anxious, and alot calmer than i have been in ages. Only took me 10 mins to fall asleep too!, where as usually it would take me a good hour!. Possibly the best thing ive ever purchased. Very happy with how this blanket has helped, a must buy if you find it hard to sleep or have mental health problems 😊

Seid Ich mit dieser Decke schlafe hat sich mein Tiefschlaf verbessert. Ja es ist ungewohnt mit dem Gewicht klar zu kommen. Aber ich schlafe durch und vor allem ist es sehr warm darunter. Sonst war ich auch öfter wach in der Nacht. Jetzt schlafe ich endlich wieder durch. War sehr skeptisch dem ganzen gegenüber. Den Kauf habe ich nicht bereut.

Acquistata per il mio fidanzato che da sempre ha grossi problemi per dormire. Ha sempre avuto un sonno agitato,con mille risvegli. Problemi di caldo/freddo/caldo/freddo.Insomma un incubo.Che dire..un miracolo! Da quando la usa dice di non aver mai dormito così bene e profondamente in tutta la sua vita.Non si sveglia più mille volte durante la notte. Riesce a mantenere la temperatura corporea costante.Il costo lo vale assolutamente tutto.Ne acquisterò sicuramente altre per gli altri membri della famiglia.Consigliatissima.Consiglio in oltre di acquistare la fodera che non è compresa.
