I am very satisfied with the taste of each item. The Salsa's seal was broken this time and leaking. That's the only order I have received with any problem.

To be expected except they ALL contain soy in some way. That's not exactly Low-FODmap.

This stuff is tasty and does not bother my stomach. I do feel the prices are high though.

To me, all tasted awful. The salsa literally made me sick. Perhaps my problem isn’t all FODMAP related. These people are taking advantage of those of us who are literally suffering with sensitive stomachs and are so miserable, we will try anything.

Package just arrived- salsa jar was cracked and leaked over other items and ketchup bottle top had chipped. Very unsatisfactory!

Remember, when altering your eating habits you have to make adjustments with your taste buds. Foods aren’t going to taste as they did before. With that in mind, I am thrilled that someone came out with some of these items gut friendly items. I was making my sauce, ketchup, and bbq sauces from scratch. No more. The basil tomato sauce is excellent with only about 5 ingredients. The bbq sauce is great in crockpot pulled chicken or even on plain chicken breast.. it can also be substituted for the ketchup because it’s mild. I don’t care for the ketchup so I added delicious balsamic vinegar to it. I shook it up and it tasted like my old specialty ketchup that I used to buy. I can’t have the salsa because I can’t eat jalapeño peppers, and I’m supposed to keep away from nuts, so there goes the granola bars.If you suffer like I do these products will become a staple in your home.

My 2-year-old daughter is allergic to gluten, eggs, dairy, garlic, sesame, peanut, and tree nut. It is very hard to make everything from scratch so that I have enough nutritious food for my daughter. I am very grateful for Fody products because they have saved me a lot of time and effort and helped my daughter grow well despite the food restrictions. Having said that, are they the best tasting products? Probably not if you're used to products with all the ingredients that are not included in these products. However, they're still surprisingly good considering all the missing ingredients. Thank you for doing what you do because I know that moms like me who have growing children with lots of food restrictions do benefit a lot from your products.
