Yummy low fod products that doesn't hurt my tummy.
I was put on the Lowfodmap diet by my gastrodr since august 30th 2018. I told my husband I can't have our ketchup, bbq sauce & other stuff with onions and highfodmap foods/spices; so I started looking on amazon since I do most shopping there and found this fodyfood sauce pack. Everything was bubble wrapped and protected when it arrived. ketchup tastes just like real ketchup/bbq sauce are good. thx

SIBO Friendly life saver
This is a life saver. I really struggled with what to eat and especially in the condiment area was really missing bbq sauce and salsa without onion and garlic. This is delicious and helpful during the elimination phase of SIBO treatment.

Disappointed with the packaging
The basil pasta sauce arrived broken. I don’t know how to get a replacement.

If you are 100% low Fodmap, I’d say try these even with my low rating.
Meh. I mean it’s convenient if you’re following a low Fodmap diet. My picky daughter and I strictly followed it for 3 weeks (it made us worse which can happen for some IBS patients). These were either flavorless or had a tad of heat when unexpected (I didn’t mind, the kid did). Low Fodmap is a HUGE pain but it doesn’t have to be flavorless.Having said that, I’d still recommend trying these. Maybe you’ll like them. My rating is based on our personal taste. If you’re not following Fodmap 100%, don’t waste your money.

did not hold seal during shipping. Does not qualify for return or replacement
It was not safe to consume. When the package was opened, the jar was wet with salsa. The jar did not hold it's seal. Great salsa, but not buying on amazon again.

Second time buying but seal is broken
Seal is broken. Unable to return or replace. So t buy again because of this unfortunately. 1st time buying was great, salsa was great.

Just ok
I was excited to buy some salsa that was low FODMAP approved. It was alright I just found it tasted more like tomatoe sauce than salsa.

Usually good but last time came open
The first time I purchased this on Amazon it was fine but this time it came leaking and open - when I twisted the lid it didn’t pop and the packaging was a mess. And of course can’t return or replace.. just a precaution to you, disappointing, might be safer buying from a physical store.Otherwise the flavor is really good and so far hasn’t upset my stomach!

Broken bottle of salsa
I ordered 2 bottles of salad , one arrived broken . One is good , this will not allow me to add a photo ? I have one
