Cool, but flawed.
I was surprised at how light it was. One thing that's nice are the convex X and Y buttons, but the biggest problem is that the range on this is about 12 inches max. My tower is on my desk and the distance from my hand to the USB outlet on the PC is maybe 16 inches. This means I have to lean forward and hold the controller close to the USB receiver to get a signal. This is inconvenient and uncomfortable. To get this to work comfortably, I'd have to also purchase a USB extension cord or something. On another note, there's a warning not to leave it on the charger for too long after it's 100% and this makes me nervous - as the scenario of it slipping my mind to unplug it and constantly check if its charged is kind of a risk if it means it could potentially fry the whole thing. If I could improve on this design, I'd increase the wireless range and give a more clear indication of a 100% charge - like the red light turning green or something. What it does right is the price point is low and the touch and feel of the controller is good. The D-pad offers good resistance, as do the buttons and triggers. The start and select buttons have that more rubbery feel, just like the classic controllers do.For these things, I can overlook most. It's just that range issue - it's all that's holding this back. For better range, I'd pay higher $. Because until then, I have this awesome thing that is held back by an uncomfortable requirement - and that flaw is REALLY holding it back.

Good Controller
For the most part, it's a good little controller! Buttons feel right, construction is great, especially for the price!!However about 50% of the time when I turn off my PC, it stays on. Normal operation it will try to look for the connection for 10 seconds or so, then give up and turn off. But when it stays on there is no way to turn it off#! And it will sit there looking for a connection until the battery dies. Pretty annoying.Maybe this was bad luck on my part?UPDATE: The seller saw this review and contacted me. They provided me with the button combination to press to reset the controller when it gets into this mode. And it works. So, not a 5-star product, but working with the seller I was very impressed. They even offered to replace the controller.

Works great once pairing issue resolved
Bought 2 of these. One worked like a charm out of the box. Had some trouble pairing the other one: It blinked slowly when turned on, then fast for about 10 sec if I pressed start again, then goes back to blinking slow - it would not light up solidly like it's supposed to when paired with the USB dongle. I had to contact seller to figure it out since the posted instructions were not helpful. Once I got a response with the necessary key combination to reset it (press Select-Start-Down at same time), it worked fine. This particular button combination shouldn't be as hard to find as it was - just put it in the instructions please (and maybe consider including instructions with the controller in the box).No complaints on the controllers once paired - easy to configure with my emulator, no noticeable delays or other issues.

Freezes often
No trouble setting up or using it right away. The button feel and construction seemed of good quality. Ive has it about 10 months now and it freezes up from time to time, each time being for about 5-10 seconds. Usually in an in-opportune time during gameplay. It seems to be occurring more frequently now. I do recharge often and don’t think it’s a battery problem. I’ll be looking for a replacement from a different manufacturer and hope for better luck. Update to review. After leaving the previous review, the company reached out to me through Amazon and offered to send me a replacement at no charge. I can assure you this was not the intent of the earlier review, only to leave an honest review. I was please that this company wanted to make it right. I received the replacement controller with no issues. I’m very impressed by this sellers commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you

Am I doing something wrong??
I plug in the USB dongle to my pc or my retropie and press the power button on the controller. it blinks red for about 30 seconds and then turns off. if i press the power button again the red light blinks rapidly, and still nothing happens. there were no instructions with this controller, am I doing something wrong?!EDIT: iNNEXT reached out to me with some actual instructions. They told me how to reset the controller, and now it's working. The only issue now is that when i'm using the controller the red light is blinking rapidly the whole time, even after leaving it on the charger overnight. it's a minor annoyance though.

Easy plug and play controller
I bought this for use with a raspberry pi.Before I purchased this, I bought two 8bitdo wireless Bluetooth controllers, the first needed extensive driver and firmware updates before it would work, the second would not work at all. Also I had to infrequently re -pair the Bluetooth controller to the raspberry pi, which was a pain.I bought this product afterwards. It did not come with any instructions however it was very simple to use. I simply plugged the usb dongle in and it worked fine. No special driver or firmware updates needed.I would buy this again.

Works with raspberry pie
I recently put together a retro pie on a raspberry pie 3 to play old video games. As many have noted the device was recognized but would work. A quick reset as others have noted solved the issue and I was off and running. I did have to charge for about 90 minutes before I was able to use it. Works as noted thus far.

Plug n Play with RetroPie
Bought these to use for my Raspberry Pi 3b+ running RetroPie. They worked great out of the box, just plugged them in and I was up and running. Battery life seems to be good so far and although not amazing quality I would certainly consider them to be good quality for the price paid.I like the auto-off function after a few minutes of activity. Helps to save the battery life and when you pick it up and turn it back on it reconnects in about 1 second.
