Had to look this band over -- a resistance band with a clip and ring attached? Great idea! So many configurations come to mind, simply to, if for nothing else, add a greater variety to one's workout "routines". Can use these bands alone or with Pilates, yoga, exercise machines, or straight ironwork.I began with the lightest resistance band and will be adding others.

I'm a track and field coach at the high school level and I'm very excited to implement these into my training program. I have only had this product for a few weeks now and can already see the versatility they will add to my program. The carbeaner clip has added numerous aspects to workouts. I can focus on strength, flexibility, range of motion and many other areas that will help develop my athletes overall as well as specific to an event. Durability wise they feel sturdy and strong and up for frequent use in my program. So far this product has me hooked and excited for the season!

Not at all what we expected. The band is a large circular loop with a useless strap permanently attached. Cannot use this unless you purchased the handles or other attachments which are sold separately. Very disappointing.

I have the black band and I love it! I use it by itself and together with dumbbells to add resistance to my home strength training workouts. Very pleased with the quality, and while I had overlooked the fact that it came with the attached loops, I'm very happy with these too. Makes it easy to attach to different things or to loop around your foot, for instance. I have bands by other brands also, and I highly recommend SR Fit Bands over anything else.

These bands having loops sewn in provide for easily connecting hand grips, a plus. Would like to see two sets of loops to allow for two sets of hand grips to be used, something the company could consider as another offering.

My husband is enjoying this band very much! He thinks the quality is great and that it will last a very long time. He was pleasantly surprised how well it helps him as a a pull-up assist when he does some of his P90X3 work-outs that require a lot of pull-ups.

Zero issues so far and they have definitely been tested

Been using this band for various excercises and stretching for couole months now and it's been holding very well. No signs of snapping or anything like that so far. I got black and red bands and recommended to purchase this brand for my clients too.
