Q: Is this product better or should i go for full back support? i am confused, as i see the difference is in lumbar support and how bulky it looks

It is definitely better than a full back support, it isn't bulky at all.

Q: I have a barrel chest and large frame could I add strapping to give it more size?

I'd suggest trying another brand. This one is a very cheap material and is irritating on my small frame. I can only imagine how it would feel on a person with a large chest.

Q: Why doesn't this ting come with any directions for putting it on or adjusting it?

It's pretty much self explanatory. For me it wasn't easy to put on bit I'm not very flexible. It does help correct your posture.

Q: Can I wear this without a shirt or is in not meant for direct contact with the skin?
