Great for Lifting!!
I have been lifting for the past several months and I was in dire need of some hand protection. Being a new lifter, I quickly discovered how rough this sport can be on your hands. I looked into gloves and other minimalist wraps and I decided to give these a go because of the affordability. I was not disappointed. I won't lift without these! I have tinier hands and these wraps fit just fine. Sometimes I do feel restricted where the pinky fastener is, so I typically wear these with my pinky and/or pointer finger out of the fasteners (just a personal preference). After several months of use I can say these gloves are durable. I will be getting another pair when needed. I highly recommend these!

Recommended!
Effective during workouts. I use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and pullups frequently in crossfit and these give me extra grip while protecting from calluses and rips. The fit is great, easy to put on. Really appreciate the built-in wrist support, as I always need that for overhead bar work.

These are a good idea. I hate how hot my hands get with gloves and wrist wraps and so I found these and thought I would give them a shot, The problem for me with these is that I have really small hands and even the small is way too big. I could barely close my hands around a weight when i have them on. If you are a woman with really small hands, these aren't for you.

Ok, not great
They are ok for what you're paying. But, if you have larger hands (I typically wear an XL glove) then these constrict quite a bit on the fingers. Especially the index finger.They help some with grip, and the wrist support is nice. So, if your hands aren't big, these may be just right.

Excellent Gloves
The gloves are well made. I ordered a small size which hurt my fingers so I contacted customer service and was amazing because let me order a size up without any cost. I would buy from this company again without doubts.

Fit was excellent and wrist support more substantial than expected. Thought finger bands were too tight at first, but realized had them on the wrong hands :/

Poor quality
Bad sewing, index finger is way to tight. Pulling my finger and actually hurt my wrist.
