Good, if you need it
If you need a print server, this will serve you well. I realize most people don't need a print server nowadays....I realized I didn't. But that is no fault of the product.

Netgear WGPS606 (BAD!)
Picked up one of these babies from Fry's about 9 months ago for only $10.00. Still $69 on Amazon! But it's no secret, i'm the deal master. I guarantee whatever you've got, I got it AT LEAST 20% cheaper. Anyway, this product sucks, clear and simple. The instructions aren't clear but if they were, it wouldn't matter anyway. The unit is sometimes accessible on the network, sometimes not. It's hit or miss. Real great for a product that's expected to work all the time. I'm a VoIP network engineer, I actually test routers from low to high end daily...and every Netgear piece i've tested has gone in the garbage. Most of the time because the thing simply didn't work right. And i'm not talking about a simple defective product, the units aren't even defective, just EXTREMELY buggy. Not sure how these guys even stay in business. Anyway, don't ever buy Netgear anything!

Does not work with Apple products.
This worked without any issues on windows computer. The print server did not work with any Apple products such as Mac book, iPad, and iPhone.

Good but RIP
I wouldn't spend $140 for a new one, but my old one just died after 8 years. Never had any trouble with it. I probably paid $70 originally.

works great for me
Let me start by pointing out that I am a Network Technician. That said, the setup of this device was not easy. Once I got it set up, it works great. I recommend that you have someone who knows what they are doing come in to set this up, especially if you are using WEP or WPA security.Although I have used this device as a print server, I mostly use it as a wireless network hub. This means I have a wireless connection from my Router to this device, then a wired connection to a PC and XBOX. This is a LOT cheaper than buying a XBOX wireless adapter, and works more reliably than a PC wireless USB receiver (in my application).Basically, once you get this set up correctly, it will be a great device with great conveniences. the trouble is getting it set up.NOTE: if you buy this device, be sure to download any updated firmware and software from the NETGEAR website! it will save you a LOT of trouble to do this first!
