Pros: this life vest is awesome. We used this on 2 of our little granddaughters and it surpassed expectations. Kept the girls upright and well above the water when they ventured out deeper.The bright pink color was easy to spot on the water giving an added sense of safety.The strap that goes between the legs proved to be the best thing ever. It ensures a better fit and little ones arms cannot slip out, which happened with the vest my daughter had on hand.So far, this cute little pink floatie/life vest has paid for itself with the ease of mind if nothing else.

Bought it for my 5 year old and she loves it. Fits great, and seems very durable. She likes how it's confortable compared to others. This vest does float very well, and is very thick. Help those non swimmers the confidence to enter the water

I live on a river. My kids learned to swim wearing life jackets so I've become somewhat of a connoisseur of jackets for kids. This is the best for young swimmers. The double strap that feeds under the crotch and buckles on both sides of the front is the best. The jacket can't wiggle up over your child's head. These double straps are covered with a nylon sleeve that can adjust over the straps for comfort. The double straps stay balanced and don't pull uncomfortably and make your child float diagonally in the water. The jacket and straps are strongly sewn and can move back and forth in the same manner as a belt on belt loops. Our three year old started with this with the addition of a pool noodle. She's 5 now and this will be all she needs for a 40' deep lake. I'm buying the next size up for next summer - this is the only jacket that has double straps under the crotch in a size that large. I wouldn't consider putting a child in a river or lake without the under leg straps. If you had to pull the child out by the strap behind the neck, your child would slide right out.My granddaughter (50 lbs.) wears a size 6 t-shirt snugly, a 7/8 t-shirt loosely. This jacket in a large was just right - snug but she can breathe. The straps around and under have enough room to tighten snugly but leave room to grow.Another summerSadly, this will be the last year in the XL. She was able to wear it for two summers due to a growth spurt making her longer but not fuller. The straps were able to lengthen. This summer, she wears a 10/12.

I purchased a blueLife vest for my God son. He loved it being so light, perfect fitting, good materials, adjustable and durability.

I ordered 2 different sizes for 2 kids. The small seems a bit big for my 3yo that is 30lbs and 36” tall. I like the handle on the back in case I need to grab her. I got the large for my 5yo that is 40lbs and 45” tall, it fits him very well. The zippers are sometimes hard to manage and the buckles seem flimsy. You have to double check that they actually buckle. We will be using these for pool and lake swimming with an adult close by and I think they’ll work well for that purpose. They are not USCG certified (only an EU certification) and the buoyancy rating is 50M (the lowest). I wouldn’t trust these for boating or open water.

Very nice! My daughter still floats even if she removes some of the snap in this vest. She’s 6 and still learning how to swim and she had the courage to jump and float on 5ft pool

Got this for my daughter fits perfectly with lots of room to grow, which is nice for her size and weight since this has different weight and sizes to find the perfect fit use the size chart and measure and weigh who ever you are buying for. The comfort strap is the best thing I seen growing up no one like the old one strap between the legs ones even my oldest pointed out how smart is that for the other 1 I got for my grandson. Which is why I recommend getting the weight and measurements my daughter got a medium (7-8) and got the XL toddler (3T) there's 6years between the two but only 4lbs. So make sure you're looking at the right ones if your kid weighs what ever but wears toddler sizes search for toddler and kids sizes in kids they don't all fit it the same mold and you want them safe right.
