Wow was I fooled.
Bought this in August 2016, brought it in house over winter and just reconnected back patio for short hoses and long permanent hoses installed for shrubs. I always turn main off leaving no pressure inside unit. Today turned it on for quick rinse off hose attached to third from right and water sprayed out of the right end and second lever. Soaked my face and shirt. Now what, still looks brand new. its just weird how it sprays out of the square on the end. . I like the looks of it, but unless G&S takes care of me, going Brass.Update: G&S just sent me email to add a washer, but how do you add a washer to the square end. I guess they didn't fully read what I said, trying to add video and picture. Hassel. Hassel. Hassel.

Let me sum up why I think this product may be the best hose connector I've ever purchased
OK it's not your generic hose connector nor is it inexpensive. But so far it seems to be everything the seller says it is. I've had many of these things in the past and they usually break or get too difficult to turn after a few months. Let me sum up why I think this product may be the best hose connector I've ever purchased. It is sturdy, it doesn't leak, not a drop, it's easy to turn on and off and the threads are high quality and easily screwed to the faucet. I'm sold!It is now two years later, 2017, and this product has failed completely. Has developed a substantial leak which is manifested in water coming out all around the case. I was using it to operate all four outlets so maybe that was just too much for it.

Works great, did not overwinter well.
I bought mine in June of last year after searching for one with larger levers. My wife was not fond of our old Orbit branded brass one due to the smaller levers, which is understandable.I purchased this one and have been rather happy with it. It seals well and has excellent flow. That said, it appears our still had some water in it when we stored it for the winter. When I pulled it back out of the shed this spring, it started leaking from every seam. Oh well, not really a dig against the product, but I feel like it should of withstood overwintering better than it did. I docked 1 star for this as I'm not entirely sure I did anything wrong when we stored it.I will most likely purchase another one, even with the problems this one showed. It's a good product.

Will see how it holds up over time but impressed ...
Last update: Totally forgot to leave a final wrap-up as I need a new manifold and I thought about this piece of crap. Never received a replacement from company nor would they answer my follow-up emails. Save yourself some money and just buy a cheap plastic manifold every year, much less frustration and cost than buying this POS.Update: 5/5/2016Was able to exchange emails with support in April and they indicated they would ship me a replacement as well as a free gift (no idea). It's now June so knocking off another star for wasting more of my time, avoid this product.Update: 3/12/2016Exact same problem as GaTech Geek. Brought unit in before freezing temps (Maryland winters are a bit harsher than Georgia) and just hooked it up for spring. Ended up getting a shower as the connector is leaking from literally every possible opening. As in the other review, leaks from all valves, primary connection, and the end caps (which are not servicable). No luck contacting support and unsure how to proceed.Original review (5 stars): Will see how it holds up over time but impressed with the build quality, much nicer than the brass units.

Well made, no leaks and easy peasy to turn on and off
Fullfilling my first priority, the 2WAYZ splitter does not leak, even one drop. The large lever type knobs are the easiest to turn on and off that I have ever owned. I had been using the Nelson large bore splitters which also have long levers, but they have not lasted a full season for me (in the northeast, where the season is only 7 months long) before beginning the inevitable drip, drip, drip. I wrap plumber's silicon tape at every joint, for a little added protection from leaks. I have attached the 2WAYZ four-way splitter and two-way splitters to such accessories as quick release connectors, hoses and hose extenders, and they have all worked perfectly. I have only owned these for a few weeks, so I will update at the end of the season with a durability assessment.

Plastic structure in critical areas
Worked great for about a year. No leaks and was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately the main neck that attaches to the faucet is built with plastic parts internally. When you have four hoses hooked up to the unit, there is a good amount of weight applied to the neck. This must weaken it over time. I leave the main faucet on at all times, using the individual valves to turn on the hoses that I need as I need them. One evening I heard an unexplained, rapid water flow through the water lines in my house. After searching high and low, I went outside to find that the splitter broke off of my main faucet and the faucet was wide open (the screw tight attachment was still connected to my faucet, but the neck had snapped clean off). Luckily I was home at the time and found the issue within minutes. I'm now shopping for a new unit as spring arrives and will likely not purchase this version.

Disappointing!
The four-spigot adapter works great, but the 45-degree adapter came apart the first time I tugged on the hose connected to it. The metal ferrule (center part in attached photo) that attaches the threaded female collar to the adapter body came out, leaving the adapter on the ground and faucet spurting water. I don't know if the ferrule was supposed to be glued in or peened in, but it appears to be a pretty weak design. Good marks for the 4-into-1 piece, but the angled adapter is junk.

Came leaking, got worse
I loved how lightweight this item is, and how easily the controls turn, which is important when you have arthritis in your hands.

Love this 4way spliter
Love this 4way spliter. When you some arthritis in your fingers, it makes it very hard to turn those smaller levers. This one worked great and I had no trouble at all.

Seal was bad and leaked. No way to fix it. Had to return it.

Despite disconnecting it from the hose and storing it in the shed it did not survive the winter. Do not buy.
As other reviewers mentioned, despite disconnecting it from the hose and storing it in the shed it did not survive the winter. Do not buy.

makes life in the garden easier.
Cannot say enough about this item. It is easy to install, the knobs are easy to switch on and off. Other ones similar that are purely metal are hard to turn on and off.
