No customer service when you have issues
I have had this camera for about a year and it actually takes decent pics and videos but once you develop issues with it, no one will help you or answer any questions. My camera started producing a black dot in the middle of the image, so I reached out to them and they just kept forwarding me to other departments, no one would help me. The last email from them told me to contact the seller on Amazon from a year ago for service........throwing it in the trash and buying a go pro, at least they provide customer support..........will never buy another product from this company.
