Good for arthritis...
I’ve been taking these for almost a year. They have really helped my arthritic knee. They are also a good way to get your curcumin in.

Energy booster!
This was suggested by an infectious disease specialist to help combat the fatigue from active EBV. I've definitely noticed an increase in energy since taking. It seems to be the only supplement on the market with Turmeric, Co-Q, AND black pepper extract (which is needed to help procedd the other two)
