This pipe elegantly solves the main problem of being able to keep it clean. Some smoking mixtures tend to clog up the stem but the ingenious design of this pipe allows for easy cleaning - I use surgical spirit with a bit of salt.Although all metal, it doesn't get hot, and the swivelling lid offers an easy way to hold it.I'd like to see a variant with a narrower, deeper bowl.Update July 2020: after some use, I experienced occasions when the pipe would come apart during use. This was because one of the magnets (sometimes top, other times bottom) would come out of its socket. Lightly tapping it back in would help for a while, then the problem recurred.I reported this to Scodatech and their response has been most impressive. They offered a new pipe immediately, but I replied that I was concerned that my cleaning method (as above) might have weakened the glue holding the magnets in place, hence my fault rather than theirs. They responded by saying they had a new version coming out with a better way of holding the magnets in. After three weeks (exactly as promised and no chasing required) they contacted me to say they would be sending the new version FOC. As good as their word, it arrived yesterday.Really exemplary service and a clear commitment to looking after their customers. Hooray.

This is a smart little pipe. Has a mid shallow, large diameter bowl, good for small or large packs.Due to the mechanics of the magentised 3 seperate pieces, you can hold a mesh in place between the bottom and middle pieces. Also, cleaning the device is an absolute breeze as you can clean each piece seperately with a simple wet wipe to keep it looking and smoking good as new!The catch on the lid piece is strong enough you could pack the bowl and tuck it in it's smart little hard plastic case and carry it about for a smoke whenever/wherever.Highly recommended!

Best pipe I've ever had, and I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur having been through oh so many of them. This is such a simple, but effective and robust design. I especially appreciate the lid, allowing you to extinguish your erhem... "tobacco" after every puff thereby saving you SO MUCH MONEY. The only thing I would recommend changing is the bowl diameter. It's too wide, the middle burns leaving the outside untouched. Other than that, you could not ask for a better, more robust and easy to clean pipe.

Surprised at how fast it burnt the herb! Very smooth taste and cooler than I expected. Comes apart very easily to clean, one of the better metal pipes I’ve tried. Comes in a black box for nice presentation

To be completely honest I spotted this pipe in "Don't Look Up", Jennifer Lawrence's character had one.I wanted to switch to using a pipe, and avoid those usual £3 ones....you know the ones...we've all been there.This is a great pipe, using the rotating lid as a thumb grip is a must.I'd love an upgraded model where the lid springs out making a "Whoootiiiissshh" noise. Some day.
