I had wanted a Santa hat for my 4 month old grandson. I wanted to take pictures with his brother, dad, and grandpa all wearing Santa hats, as we did when our son was little. I looked and looked for a baby one. Most were way too expensive. This not only less expensive, it came with a cute outfit.I went with the 0-3 months size as I had read other reviews that said it ran big. It does run big. He has plenty of room, if he wants to wear it again. Granted, he is not a huge baby, but he has moved on to 3-6 month clothes.The outfit is very cute and the hat adds a festive touch. Nice for photos.

I bought a newborn size and it's definitely bigger than newborn sizing. It's closer to the 3 month clothes but still smaller than those. Cute but u sure if my baby boy will actually be able to wear it out of the hospital. For reference, top right is preemie, bottom right is newborn sizing.
