Pain level is mild it’s worth every penny, it’s easy to use, less water and I use two tea bags to make it stronger.

love this tea to have a Bowel Movement. I do a cup of tea at night and have movement in the morning. The taste is not bad; even for a southern who has to have their tea sweet. You will have a BM the next morning if you take at night before bed.

It does it's job lol. I never really had issues with bowel movements but...I do bloat and have issues with retaining water.I gave this a try and damn...I didn't see here that it causes cramping...so, within a couple hours of drinking the tea. I immediately felt cramping and the urge to go potty. I was like oh damn...it felt like a upset stomach mixed with slight period cramps and it kinda sucked to feel it lolI felt this 3 times and went each time. I suggest being near a toilet when you drink this tea and at least within 2 hours near by a toilet if you need to go somewhere.On the bright side, I'm not bloated lol. I'm going to drink a smaller cup today to see how it sits in my stomach.1/28/25 UPDATE: I drank a smaller cup of this tea and I felt better. No stomach cramps or stomach aches. It felt like healthy normal urge to go to the bathroom. No pain or discomfort. Highly suggest this tea if anyone is ever constipated or bloated and needs to go.

This tea is amazing! I got it for my mom and I as we're both trying to shed some pounds AND are huge fans of tea :D We typically drink regular green tea because it's packed with antioxidant but we've switched to this dieters tea since it contains ingredients that act as natural laxatives and diuretics that purge the body of toxins and excess water (believe me, this tea will send you to the bathroom in no time!).The tea itself is a regular green tea with a subtle flavor that can be enhanced by adding honey (not sugar!!!) and/or lemon slices. During the summer we drink it cold BUT I've read that the body doesn't digest cold drinks as easily as warm ones, so it's probably best to drink it hot whenever possible.Although this tea is an amazing way to begin a weight loss journey, do keep in mind that you must still watch your diet, it's also by no means a substitute for exercise either! This tea will get your system cleansed and will set it up to more readily absorb and benefit from the nutrients found in fruits, veggies and quality meats, but it won't perform miracles, you are still responsible for yourself. That being said, good luck to you on your personal journey, we're enjoying ours and will be ordering more boxes soon as it's a great product at an affordable price! :D
