Great for us! We like it so much we got one for each of our down comforters. I think the reviews vary a lot because people are using it differently. We use a flat sheet under our down comforters (duvets) that are now inside these new duvet covers (which are envelopes not blankets). So, we don't need our duvet covers to be as smooth as sheets. That said, when I took a nap with just the duvet cover, I didn't find it scratchy. Textured yes, but not scratchy. The fabric is a somewhat lightweight cotton muslin with a lowish thread count and the texture and appearance of lightweight linen (except there are no slubs). See the photo with the U.S. quarter. To wash, we zip it fully, use cold water and the gentle cycle, and then line dry. It ends up with very small soft wrinkles that we feel no need to iron out. The tag lists several cleaning methods including machine washing and dry cleaning. See the other photo. On the king size we received, the zipper is on a long side.

This set looks and feels so much more expensive than it is. The fabric is crisp and does not wrinkle much. It looks great on my bed. This same thing would cost triple the price at a Crate & Barrel or Department Store…..really pleased with it.

It is not the softest, but that was not my most important feature. What I was looking for was color and I was a bit trepidatious. I first bought the orange hoping it would actually be more of an reddish adobe colour- it was not- it was a bright, bright orange. I partially unfolded it, put it on the bed, and interacted with it for a day. I realised it was just not tenable. Every time I walked into the room was a WHOA confrontational moment. So I re packed it and put in my return request. Then I order the green grey grid, still concerned about the colour. When it arrived in a couple of days I had the opposite reaction. Not only is it a blue-green grey color, more blue than green, but the grid is really wonderful as it imparts a sense of calm & order to the room. I also like the texture & I expect breathability due to the weave. The yarn dyed colours are also a big Plus. Yay! I am considering ordering another, now if only they had that reddish adobe colour---.

really like the color and pattern on this. Nicely made and fits the bed well. I found it not to be super soft and definitely needs a few washes to break it in. The cotton material is very sturdy and I like that. There is a wrinkled or textured appearance that is part of the product and that does end up looking good.

I finally found a duvet cover that matched my newly redone bedroom. I love that it zippers closed, the only thing that might make it even better would be a secure way to keep the duvet in the corners or from shifting. It washes and dries beautifully as one of my pets unfortunately got sick on it a week after I bought it.

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi, il cotone è molto bello e morbido, la cosa che non ho molto gradito è che dopo aver fatto il primo lavaggio come da indicazioni sull'etichetta il copripiumino e soprattutto le federe si sono ristretti davvero di molto, mi auguro che dandogli una stirata riacquistino un pò di centimetri.
