I gave these pills to my mom since she has been complaining of brittle nails and some facial issues. She has been taking them as directed for the past few weeks. She hasn't seen any significant results. She hasn't noticed any difference in her face (i.e. facial lines). But she has noticed a difference in her nails, they do not break as easily. As another reviewer mentioned, the required dose for phytoceramides is 350 mg daily for at least a month; these pills only offer 40 mg per capsule. I would not expect to see major improvements with just one bottle of these pills. I like how there are other vitamins in the pill as well (A, C, D and E). as a woman of a certain age, i am always looking for a product that will help with the fine lines and wrinkles that have appeared thru the years...altho i'm told i've "earned them" i would have preferred not to...i have been using this product for several months and i certainly have seen an improvement in the fullness and tightness of my chin and neck area a and minimization of those earned lines and wrinkles...i recommend this product to any person who can remember to take vitamin at night...i do believe i saw a difference before my first bottle was empty, and thats why i am a repeat buyer...give it a try...you have nothing to loose and everything to gain...

very low amount of phytoceramides

I received this product for $1 in exchange for my honest review, and I wanted to give this product four weeks to work because everything I've read on Phytoceramides said that it takes that long for you to see the effects. I did not see a huge effect, a little more softness and suppleness to my shoulders. For that I'm giving it 4 stars. I first started taking it in the afternoon, and saw more energy after I'd taken it, and that was nice. I changed to taking it before bed, because of some other research I'd done. I absolutely love that there is no wheat in these, because I rarely eat wheat. But everything I've read states you should take 350 mg, so I'm sure if these were at a higher mg level, I would have seen a bigger difference in results.

I recieved this product in exchange for an honest review. I take once a day before I go to sleep because the body does most of its renewal and healing while you sleep. I feel more energized when I wake up and my skin is Glowing. the only downside is it makes you VERY thirsty. So make sure to keep a water bottle on your night stand!

Thank you for this product I received PRO PHYTOCERAMIDES for review in exchange for my honest review and I have been taking for about 30 days and yes I have noticed a change in my over all appearance and feel that it is for the better. I have seen fine line fade away and dark spots go away and they have not reappeared thank goodness. I will continue to take these as long as I continue to see my face look younger brighter and feel like brand new skin. I love how this supplement helped me with my problem with nail breakage. I always get stubborn nail growth and they break alot, its annoying! And one week after taking this supplement my nails barely break and my toenails feel thicker. I also love how it helps in smoothing out my face like firming it and it feels supple.
