Such a disappointment.
Of the two boxes, one box had four broken eggs while the second box had six perfect eggs. I ate one egg in my morning congee and thought it was delicious. However I won't order again as the packaging is inadequate.

Well... they are what they claim to be....
I'm giving it four stars for the packaging and the fact that it is what it says it is. With that being said, good grief these are horrible. They should sell one packs, just a single egg for those who are curious like me because now I'm sitting on 11 more I never want to see again. If you enjoy these then you have some balls, I couldn't get over the texture. They are much more here too. I found six packs at my local Asian market for 2.99.

Misleading Description
I have had many century eggs from different brands, but this one was disappointing. The eggs were yellowish, and the yolk wasn't runny.

I love these crumbled up together with tofu and fish sauce
I take one or two to work for protein in the morning. The taste is so refreshing! I love these crumbled up together with tofu and fish sauce.

Serendipitous
I was very pleasantly surprised when I tasted these eggs. They tasted far better than I remember. Once you get over the looks, they taste just fine. I would recommend everybody try these at least twice.

Extremely high cholesterol. Made in China (PRC), not Taiwan.
This specific type of preserved duck egg is originated from Taiwan. This product mentioned in Chinese on the packaging that is is Taiwanese flavor. However, just FYI, it is not made in Taiwan. Buyers beware.
