You have to put together some of them, like the arms and hands. Some of the lighter painted on details are little thin. But overall they're pretty great and not strange looking like some others I've bought. Plus my nephew loves them, which is all that really matters.

I used this to complete heroes collection for my sons without having to buy an entire LEGO set.
