My steak is naked without it
Typically, I will marinade my steaks for about 4 to 5 hours bringing them to room temp. Next, I'll add them to the grill, add some of this seasoning and use the thongs to mash the seasoning into the meat. Do the same on the flip. My steaks have come out tasting great every time. Highly recommended.
