Very good adhesion
Working great to hold muscles in a supportive state to alleviate excess pain while healing frozen shoulder... Definitely recommend. If you know where you want to place the strip, it will stay in place. Two strips lost some adhesion after I purposed to reposition it. Similar to a bandage strip. Very good investment.
