Great purchase at a great price! Before buying this I wasn't sure if I would like the vented style but I am glad I went with it because it is breathable and you don't get hot wearing it! I followed the size chart and purchased a small and it fit perfectly (for reference I am 5'6, 135 pounds, size 27 in pants). It also came with another set of hooks to make it larger if needed but I didn't need them. It starts right below my chest and goes below my belly button. I would definitely recommend this, super satisfied with my purchase and for the price you can't beat it!

For my first waist trainer I guess I was expecting a little more. It definitely doesn't create an hourglass figure, but that's not really what I was after. I mainly purchased it for weight loss and appetite regulation. I'm 5'4 and 150lbs. I bought a medium expecting it to be on the smaller side on me, since I have quite a bit of tummy fat. turns out I probably could have gone for a small. I'm on the last row of hooks and I just barely put it on, so chances are if this does do what it's supposed to and I do lose weight, I won't have it for very long. Aside from that it's comfortable and breathable. I wear a lot of baggy clothing to hide my weight so I don't know what it looks like under tighter clothing yet. Might post pictures later. Overall I guess it's okay. For the price it's not bad, but I might just go back to my lace up corsets in the future.

I ordered this for smoothing under a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time. I ordered the large and it fits well (generally wear womens 10) and does significantly smooth my post babies belly. The flexible rods take some getting used to. I have not had any problems with it folding up at the bottom, but would love to see it a bit longer in the torso. The material is breathable, and I'm able to wear it comfortably all day while at work. I have not had any problems with it being noticeable under my clothes except for with thinner/more sheer blouses, and tighter clothing (obviously).

Fit somewhat small but I recently had a child so I guess its what I expected. Great quality.

This waist shaper did not work for me. I ordered a small and it came in a medium but... you can adjust to a small but then too much material on my tummy. I have a kind of flat tummy but ordered for my tummy & back support at night sleeping. I had surgery and thought this one would be tight and secure for me but it wasn't. I also have a short body torso and it was too long.

Excellent product! I LOVE it! It works wonders on my waist. The Shaper/Trainer has truly helped with my posture and the support of my stomach and waist throughout the day. The Shaper/Trainer is comfortable and easy to adjust. The Shaper/Trainer helps to strengthen stomach muscles. I see the benefit of wearing the Shaper/Trainer over the past month. I am holding in my stomach, doing my crunches, and appreciate the Shaper/Trainer's additional "support" of my efforts!

This corset definitely cinches in the mid section and for $11.99, its a pretty good deal. It didn't do the perfect cinch like the photo shows. Its a little on the soft side so it ripples a little, but because I am using it to help me not over eat because I will feel full faster, and train my muscles (using more for function instead of looks) it is good. It comes with an extender, and it feels song and sturdy. Its not perfect, for me, the steel supports did hurt a little. For some, this would be a deal breaker, but for you no pain, no gain girls, this would be great..
