Authentic Korean makgeolli nuruk starter plus yeast packet!
This makes authentic excellent makgeolli. Highly recommend! I sort of followed mangachi's instructions. Select the Korean wheat - I figured it would be close to the original. There is great research online at pub med about the digestive enzymes and probiotics from makgeolli, which is why I decided to make it. Super easy. Easier than beer!
