Quality Knife exactly what I was looking for
I've been looking for a blade like this for awhile to assist in whole beast butchery. The blade and handle are sturdy in construction, this handle is similar to the sani-safe handles of the Victorinox series. The blade is wide durable and arrives sharp ready to go I wasn't sure at first as the packaging was really poor I thought it might be a knockoff.

Great Steel
Knife arrived hair popping sharp. Steel is Sandvik 12C27 which, while not exotic, is an excellent stainless steel known for cleanliness and quality. I also like the texture of the grip, which has a perfect amount of traction. Knife is on the large side, so not necessarily for everyone. Would highly recommend if looking for a large butcher knife.
