I bought it as a baby shower gift for my friend. She is an anxious new mom and concerned about the baby all the time. After she got this, she feels much more relaxed and sleeps much better.It has real-time monitoring of the baby's oxygen levels and heart rate. That means if something goes wrong or if the sock gets misplaced, the mom will be alerted immediately. So the mom would no longer have to think about waking up in the middle of the night wondering if she has checked on the baby enough.And my friend also likes the sock, as it is soft, comfortable and super easy to use. It can either work independently or with the app. I am glad she is now a more relaxed mom with good peace of mind.

This device does not work. All permissions in the application are granted. I tried to configure it on three devices, it does not work anywhere. I noted that I want to return it for replacement, but the exchange is only in a month - this is a very cool service when I need this device now. I hoped that they would quickly replace it for me, but unfortunately they will not take into account that you need it now. Do not buy, the product is of poor quality and with bad service.

I love the fact that I can see my baby’s heart rate and blood oxygen level. I love that it makes a loud beeping noise when something is wrong. I love that it does not need to be attached to WiFi in order to connect to the sock and app. This product is great but has a few bugs that had to be addressed. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it kept on saying that the sock was not placed properly when it was. Before the bugs were fixed it took the app a little bit to load. I was not happy with how long it took customer service to get back to me when I voiced my concerns but they did eventually reach out. Now app is running well although I still can’t see anything under the activity icon.

Gives me peace of mind especially at night while we are sleeping. The alerts are also loud enough to hear and wake you.

Item works as it should with some super minor troubleshooting. Worked with the company to resolve the issue and I will say, they provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I will be a lifelong customer and supporter of theirs just by the way I was treated alone. They go above and beyond!!

Such a great peace of mind! Easy to use, great accuracy and easy to read charts. The app is easy to use and I love that it comes with a larger sock!
