Did not want to damage tile and these are sticking beautifully

My husband was iffy about using these thinking they wouldn’t hold up well but they have been up for a few months now and they hold our shower towels. I haven’t tested anything heavier than towels and robes because knowing my luck they’d tear the hooks off the wall. They look as pictures and a great price. Happy customer!

UPDATE (5 stars): I took my own advice (see original review below) when I needed more hooks about 1.5 years later and I ordered 4 packs all at once instead of in separate orders. They all matched. I installed them onto the back of my bathroom door and inside my strading shower using my own hardware store silicone caulk instead of the included adhesive. Sturdy. Highly polished. No problems with water or moisture. No issues or reactions from hanging wet swimsuits from chlorinated /chemically treated pool. Overall great!!! I'm upping my review to full 5 stars.ORIGINAL (4 stars): I really like these hooks. They are durable and hold lots. They look nice too and are metal. But there are a few things to keep in mind if you want to use them.1. Buy them all at once. I bought 3 packs for 6 hooks. Loved them so much, a couple months later I ordered two more packs. When those arrived, they were a slightly different shape / style / size. OK... I used them anyway, then realized I needed 2 more. So I ordered another pack, and those were also different from the ones I received from the first and second orders. After ordering the exact same product three different/separate times, I have now three similar but obviously different hooks that don't match. One set was so different, it was a different size and had a different brand etched on it. So, learn from me. You might be better off going around your house and figuring out exactly how many hooks you need, then ordering them all at once. Hopefully you'll get all matching hooks that way.2. You may need to buy your own adhesive. For some reason, many of the tubes of adhesive that came with the hooks have cured / hardened inside the tube. I used silicone and liquid nails from the home improvement store which seem to get the job done. Just prep area... clean and dry. I use rubbing alcohol.I still really like these hooks... and would recommend... with above caveats.

I sought out these a year later just to review. These hooks are insane…I have them inside my shower on tile…I’m talking steamed out daily. I’m pretty sure my husband thinks these adhesive hooks are screwed into studs because he hangs up 3 heavy, wet, towels, full hooded robes, wet bathing suits….I’ve been waiting for these things to just pop off the wall. BUT THEY DONT!?! I don’t know what kind of sorcery is being used on this adhesive but they are worth every single penny you spend. Just follow the install instructions and you basically have two new pull up bars in your bathroom.

This worked great for 2 months. Easy to install, waited the appropriate time to hang the towel that was planned for it. Then it just fell in the middle of the night and took some paint with it. I generally prefer Command Hooks, but could t find any large enough to hang a towel. Glad this came in a 2-pack but if it’s going to fall in 2 months, I’d rather not use it. Very pretty, doesn’t look cheap, it’s a shame it doesn’t do what it’s made for for long.

I purchased these hooks because they are in shiny metal which matches my new Bath Fitter shower installation (see picture). I like that they have two prongs on each hook so that I can hang something else if necessary to each one.Not only do they look nice, but I am very impressed at how strong the adhesive bond is. In my case I am just hanging a rubber mat and a bath brush, as well as a big towel, but I can see how they are equipped to handle much more weight if necessary. I am pleased that I did not go with a more complicated installation involving screws since with this level of adhesive, there is no need for the hassle.In addition, there was next day delivery from Amazon prime which was truly amazing.
