Major assembly required
Assembly is a pain. Requires drilling forty 5/16 holes in the metal posts. They instruct you to drill from either side of round posts requiring care to ensure that holes on either side align. One woukd think the holes would be PREDRILLED for the outrageous price the charge.

Can't be put together.
I waited a year to put it together so I can't send it back. But it came with no screws or instructions or anyway to put it together. Other reviews note that you have to drill holes. So this was a complete waste of money because it is just a bunch of metal bars that a regular person couldn't put together even if you were equipped to drill holes in steel.
