Anybody with a little bit of electronic knowledge can easy install these (thats me lol). Used these to repair a damaged L E D in some flashing garden lights ,this product has enhanced them ..They do flash quick on the sequence so care would have to be taken if your effected by flashing lights ..Good price ..

The information about these LED's is incorrect. THEY ARE ...
The information about these LED's is incorrect.THEY ARE NOT SLOW COLOUR CHANGING.They slow colour change for a short time, then flash violently for a longer time.Very dangerous for an epileptic!!
