Melesh Adult Sun Straw Western Cowboy Hat

this here is my river hat folks! some straw hats are ruined once they get wet. when you drink a case of beer and kayak... your hats gonna get wet!! this material does not "melt" when it gets wet. the rim has a metal band to hold its form and reshape as you wish and the material holds its shape when its wet as long as you dont cram it in a bag or sit on it haha. good hat!

This Is the cutest straw hat! I wore it the whole time during vacation to South Padre Island and held up pretty well. The chin strap kept the hat on when it was windy. I don’t know the size of my head but the hat fit a little big. I had to insert foam size-a-majigs for hats to make it fit my head. Keep the plastic mold it comes with to help the hat keep its shape. The seller delivered the hat in a plastic bag and was in perfect condition when I received it. There is a wire in the brim in case you need to reshape. Got lots of compliments on this hat!

I like to wear this when kayaking so I can get some shade but still have plenty of airflow. Once it gets complete wet a few times, the top becomes kind of floppy, but the brim has a wire in it, so you can always adjust the brim as needed.

Looks like an ok hat for the price, but arrived totally squished and warped out of shape. I’ll work it for a few days and see if I can get it into an acceptable condition to wear, but this is no way to package the product. Arrived in a plastic bag envelope and other than a clear plastic support in the hat that was also squished, it is totally exposed to being destroyed by shipping.

I like it ! Holds it shape and lets Air into it to keep me Cool.

Prob would have been ok although it arrives severely crumpled. But I needed an XL and although its reviewed as a large, it did not fit my large head. The plastic insert does nothing to hold the shape as others have reported.
