I bought this for a Mazda CX5 - fits the windshield in perfectly and competely. I live in Miami and waited a couple of months before posting a review to see how this Heatshield held up in extreme heat we have here. It is just as strong and robust as when I got it. It doesn't fold away small but to be honest that is OK - I have it lying on my back seat ready to place when the car is parked. It does the job I need it to do and that is keep my car a lot cooler that without it. No more scoring seats or steering wheel. :)

Ok, this is an auto sun shield and it's a very expensive sun shield. Anyone can buy a sun shield from a Dollar Store and it will function but it will never completely cover all the interior parts that can be damaged by direct exposure to the sun. The HeatShield not only keeps my cars interior much cooler that other similar products, but when you place it properly it covers every square inch of your cars interior and not just most of it. If you genuinely want to do everything possible to protect your dashboard and leather seats the HeatShield is worth every penny extra that this product costs. It is absolutely make to perfectly fit my 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring and I strongly recommend it for anyone who wants maximum protection for their vehicles interior. Great product. Not inexpensive but great.

I give it 5 stars. I've ordered this brand for previous cars and the fit is great. The way it tucks firmly into the space between the windshield and dash as well as just to the top of the windshield is great. What I didn't realize is that the sensors on the CX-5 (if equipped) are offset. ~18" from the passenger side and ~20" from the driver side A pillars. This means if you want to put the white side out (as I've always done - it reduces heat the most), the shade opening for the sensors will be incorrect (as pictured). I wish they made a version cut for reversing (white side out). It's not their fault I want to use it that way though so I give it 5 stars as it fits perfectly with the silver side out as advertised.

It keeps the heat out and it covers the whole window. I wish it had the black on the other side for the winter but now a days who has a strong winter. Good quality

The item arrives by mail curled up to a point where you may think it's not usable! Fear not because you can simply reverse fold it overnight so you may easily fit in on your dashboard. I would prefer an item that can fold but the quality of the item is good and it does it's job despite being cumbersome.

I really like this windshield sun screen. It did a phenomenal job of keeping the sun from coming thru into my car and heating it up. My car did heat up a bit, bit not as much as it would have had I not had this. I used it on a trip to Kansas during the summer, and I was SO happy I had this. It’s not the easiest to roll up due to the thickness of the shield, but that’s a minor inconvenience when achieving wonderful results.

It is thick compare to others -hence the price- but it is worth it. It is easy to unroll and place but when you have to go out for a drive it takes a little bit of patience to roll, if you are with someone on the passenger seat it takes a little bit of space while you roll it but still...It is all worth it. My car is protected.
