Remote Control for Klipsch 1015073 Klipsch R-10B Speakers Home Theater Audio Accessory

Got it to replace the old remote that had finally failed after 10 years. We have had it less than 60 days and it has stopped working, even with a new battery. It's for the basement TV, so it doesn't even get used a lot.

I originally ordered 2 so I would have a backup. Got the first one deliveredopen it up pulled the plastic battery protector out pointed it at my R-10B soundbar. Did not work like advertised "ready to use". Sending it back and see if the replacement works. The next day number 2 arrived did not work! The replacement remote arrived and it didn't work either. I bought the 2025 coin batteries and replaced them all. They work fine now, but when they say it works right out of the box they don't. If you do order get batteries as well.

I bought this to replace a lost remote for an Energy sound bar. It worked right off. I tried a cheaper version first, but that didn’t work.

This one works as a replacement for my Energy CS10 soundbar, but is equally small and easy to lose. The buttons aren't very responsive and require much force and repeated attempts, but functional.

When I buy something new I expect it to be new but this remote came and did not work. This was not new and when my husband took out the battery it was all scratched up so we replaced it and the remote worked. I am not happy at all that we can not trust that we are getting new.
