Tough 1 Economy Halter

Bought this halter for my new horse. He's a smallish Arabian/Quarter Horse cross and this fits perfectly on the tightest hole. The quality is great and seems durable and comfortable. And the color is stunning on his black coloring! For the price I couldn't be more happy. The color is exactly the vibrant red I was looking for and so far it's holding up perfectly. I will definitely buy more if this one wears out!

Halters arrived just as explained. I’m only using for Christmas pictures so unsure of how well they would hold up with continued wear but worked well for what I used them for!

Good everyday use halter but I can't use it. It's too big. I bought "small pony" size. My mini is on the large end of the size spectrum for mini horses, at 43 inches tall. He's got a beautiful dainty head. This halter was far too big. Picture is for size comparison to your pony. Paint is 15.2hh

I was looking for some stable halters for a project and came across this one. I expected it to be cheap since it is the economy version, but this halter is more than cheap and comes with sharp corners and edges on the hardware. I am actually not sure I will be able to use this on a horse without a child hurting their fingers during the attempt to put this on or take it off. Would not recommend this.

You get what you pay for. Got this halter, great at first, then after 4 times, the clip wouldn't close all the way. Take into mind, used on a horse who only gets worked 1-2 times a week. Also it started to shrink after use. No washing and out of the elements in the barn until use. No heat and or moisture in barn either. Would Not recommend. Don't waste your money.

Halter works just fine but arrived sopping wet and twisted up. Had to wait almost a week for it to air dry so that I could use it. Nice and adjustable so it fits my Arab mare very well. Ordered blue and got green, though.

When they say “economy” they mean it. This halter works fine, but it is made out of very thin material in the buckles and metal are very thin.

It's a cheap halter of nylon etc. Don't dislike it and the price is just fine. It needs replacement more frequently is all. Very cool idea on the throat clatch.

this is a great product for the cost, my horse is out in the field 24/7 and loses halters. I'm not sure how long the clip will last. It seems like the weak link, maybe, but so far so good. Edit...Halter is still working very well, fits great, light weight and tho the clip looks cheap, it continues to do it's job.

My horse has been breaking halters, both leather and nylon to the tune of six in less than a year. I bought these halters because if he breaks them, at least they didn't cost me a fortune. I got one with chin adjustment and one without, just to see if it makes any difference. These look to be a good functional product at a very reasonable price.

Fits amazingly and holds up really well both in colour and durability! 100% reccomend if your looking for an everyday use halter!

A bit awkward to use as it is a bit ‘floppy’
