This is a great tea, I like the flavor a lot and it is beneficial as well! It is an earthy type flavor with hints of mint and licorice, is the best way I can describe it.

I didn’t even realize I was congested until I drank a cup! Tastes great and works as well as any decongestant I’ve taken. Only drawback is that some of the loose leaves are small and slip through my tea infuser into the water

I hate the taste, I will say that. It tastes terrible to me. However it does work to clear our my sinuses! It works very very well and I don't have to take prescription medicine.

In addition to helping sinus conditions the tea is a very powerful topical analgesic. I suffer from a chronic muscle pain condition. I just happened to rub it into a painful area and within about one minute the pain was gone. My wife suffers from muscle cramps that strike during the night. When she sprays the tea on an afflicted area the cramps goes away within seconds.

Tastes terrible but allergy teas usually do. I didn't notice any kind of relief after drinking it for the last week.

It’s strooooong you don’t need a lot ... a little goes a long way .... I love mixing my teas and this one goes well with it ...The first night I boiled a lot since I love my tea strong but it was tooo strong and bitterAnd it works !!!! But a little goes a long way

Not sure if it helps my congestion long term, but it is delicious and aromatic. Best to let steep a few minutes and enjoy the aroma. It really helps me to relax.
