These sleek and decorative repositionable hooks are an attractive way to hang towels. Strong and durable, they can hold anything from a simple tea towel to your large, thick, heavy bath towels. No screws, drilling or special installation is required. Instead, simply use their self-adhesive backing to mount to any flat surface. Affix them to a kitchen cabinet for dish towels, near a sink for hand towels, or to a wall anywhere you need to hang a towel. You may even place them on the shower wall for washcloths. Best of all, these hooks can be repositioned as needed. Just remove the hook, wipe the adhesive backing clean and replace it in a new location as desired. These hooks are constructed from stainless steel, so they are durable, long lasting and will not rust. This makes them especially ideal for use in the kitchen and bathroom where they are likely to get wet often. Additionally, you will find them useful in the garage, office, or anywhere you may find yourself reaching for a towel.

Doesn’t stay on the wall!! UGH!
I purchased a similar product in the past and it worked beautifully. Unfortunately, a family member accidentally ripped it off the wall. This one looks exactly like my old one so I thought it would be a great replacement, especially since there are two in the package. I was wrong. Within 5 mins of putting a hand towel on the hook, it fell. No matter what I did these things wouldnt stay on the wall. Don’t waste your money.

Pointless. It can't even stay stuck on a wall.
I had high hopes for this towel hook. We used a small white plastic one for several years, but it finally broke on us. I really thought this would be a great replacement, because it looks really nice, and serves the same purpose as our last one. But it will not stay stuck on anything! I put it on our textured wall first, and it fell two days in a row - so I tried it on our smooth cabinet next, and it fell off of that night as well. I'm just hanging a small dishtowel on it, not a bath towel or anything heavy. So this was really not worth any amount of money.Edit: I peeled the adhesive off of the back, and added my own. I was going to use foam double-sided tape, but could only find the super sticky automotive double-sided stuff in our garage, so I stuck a couple pieces of that on the back. Hasn't budged in a month. So, if you buy this, buy a roll of thick double-sided adhesive to go with it.

it seems to stick fine now. Looks like it needs a thicker layer ...
It's a neat product (in terms of quality) and that is the reason I bought it as I don't want my kitchen towel to be hanging on the oven rod. The only reason why I would give 3 stars and for 5 stars is because I tried sticking it onto so many different kind of surfaces such as tiles, wood cabinets, etc. but doesn't seem to stick on it for longer time. Keeps falling :( However, then my husband being an engineer, bought exactly same kind of adhesive and once it had two layers of adhesive, it seems to stick fine now. Looks like it needs a thicker layer of adhesive than a thing slice that it came with.

The design is tops
It's really a good idea but the adhesive is garbage, similar to if a child who just ate candy licked the back of it and tried to use the spit to stick it to the wall. I put it on tile it fell. Put it on smooth wood, fell. Placed it back and pressed for 10 Missipippis and when I came back to wash my dishes it was on the counter again. Will by command strips with fingers crossed to stick up again. Will post picture later

Bigger than they look. Adhesive needs help.
They work well to hold towels, however. But as with other reviewers, I too needed to add additional adhesive. And they ARE bigger than they appeared on the Amazon page. 2" wide by 3" tall. So measure the space you intend to use them, to see if they will fit. I made it work, but they are bigger than I had anticipated. One star off for the adhesive... the size is in one of the answered questions (nowhere in the product description) and I did not read that, so not truly their fault. The material is VERY sturdy and they are attractive. Could almost give it a five star... but they really skimped on that adhesive.

Excellent idea, adhesive doesn't stick to anything though.
I really like the style of these, they hold your towels quite well. They are quality made with stainless steel. I would have loved to give these five stars were it not for the fact that the adhesive fails on every surface we have tried. At first we attached it the refrigerator, it fell of within minutes. Next we tried the pantry wall with the same result. We tried the cupboard door, the stove, the door... the adhesive doesn't hold on any surface we tried. I plan on getting some rare-earth magnets and attaching one to the refrigerator and one to the stove as a work-around.

Nice Design/Sharp Edges
Product looks great, and I love the design, but the manufacturing process for finishing was terrible. The back side was not deburred, and was sharp as a knife. Being a Tool and Die Maker I had a deburring tool handy and removed the sharp edges from the rear of the punched out shape. I finished by using a small detail file or you could use emery cloth. As others have stated the adhesive on the back is worthless, it might work on a polished surface. Get yourself some Command Strips and do it right. That is what I did and they work perfect. I would still purchase again because I like the design and price.

Well-made, attractive and functional
I''m removing one star because the towel hook fell off on the first attempt with each hook (2). Maybe the adhesive requires more care and feeding than I gave it. But, on each hook's second attempt, they've held. These are wonderful additions to your kitchen, or cabinets, for securely hanging things like aprons and dish towels. I have found over the last decade or so that modern kitchens aren't planned to accommodate dish towels; which is why places sell those over the cabinet towel holders. But, those towel bars always seem to get in the way or are ugly. These stylish holders look pretty inconspicuous when empty, but are fully functional when in use. I haven't tried them for anything other than aprons and dish towels, but I suspect they'd work fine in other applications.
