Great adventure stories
The stories stirred the imagination of the readers. They were able to make choices about the many decisions made by the characters.

Great For my Daughter
So caveat, comic is meant for kids, do not compare this to an adult comic. My daughter had a couple superhero books but one day was upset that all the characters were boys. This is a problem you dont notice until you have a daughter. I was determined to find something appropriate for her that had some female representation. This is far harder than it should be. Checked a few websites and this came up as a recommendation for 7 year olds. Shes five but way advanced in reading so I figured I would give it a shot. I was skeptical because the cover style reminds me of the ultra girly toys you see everywhere so was worried it would give representation in exchange for pushing girly stereotypes. Gotta say, comic strikes a good balance and was far better quality than I gave it initial credit for. Stories are diverse and deal with everything from female friendship to world domination. She devoured the book and I bought her four more. This is not a trash book marketed to girls. Art is good approachable quality, story is complex and multi-faceted. Characters are diverse and dialogue is funny, if you’re 5, good positive male characters are included as well. Overall very happy with my purchase

These books are incredible!
Awesome books for girls! I have bought them many times over. Best read with an adult who makes a voice for each character!

Friendship is found on an Adventure to Save Atlantis
Another exhilarating tale from Super Hero High!In this editions we follow the super heroes as they fight Brainiac and try to save Atlantis. Bumblebee also learns a lesson in friendship, while Beast Boy learns one on leadership. All of the lessons and interactions set an excellent example for young readers. There are a couple new heroes who join us in this edition and their powers are very handy to the established team.My only niggle is the first couple pages of the book were disjointed and apparently a flashback/wrap up situation to provide background for Bumblebee and Wonder Woman's friendship. It honestly did not help move the plot or story at all and left me feeling like I missed pages. My daughter is going to love this as she recently decided she loves swimming and will think Mera, a super hero with water powers, is lots of fun!
