The X Brace has changed my life! I struggled with heal pain for years. The pain first thing in the morning was crippling. Within minutes of wearing any type of shoe and walking or standing, I was miserable. I tried inserts, special shoes, and stretches. Nothing gave me long term results. I saw an ad for the X Brace on Facebook and after reading a few reviews decided to try them. I figured, at worst, I could get my money back with the guarantee. When they arrived, I slipped them on and instantly felt a “spring” in my step. The band supports the arch of your foot and wraps around the heal. I wore them around the house for the rest of the evening and surprisingly, I had absolutely zero foot pain the next morning. I can 100% attest to their success because I forgot to slip them on one day and regretted it within an hour of being on my feet. I highly recommend the X Brace for anyone with foot pain. I do wish the silicone grips worked a little better. I only have a slipping issue when I wear ankle socks, so that could be part of the issue. But, even with occasional slippage, this is a phenomenal product!

These are well made and well designed. They stay on if you get the right size. The amount of support is just right and you can wear your normal shoes and socks if you want. They are also comfortable. It seems to be helping after I tried a couple drug store alternatives. I want to also mention that for those that say "won't stay on" and "seams press against the foot", they may have them inside out. The correct side has a stay-on silicon coating that keeps it in place on the heel. When it is right-side-out the seams will be against the shoe and not the foot. I think some reviewers have tried to put these on inside-out perhaps.

I bought these for my wife who had been suffering a great deal of foot pain and had been using KT tape to help alleviate her discomfort. It occurred to me that this might be better than going through many rolls of the disposable tape which is not exactly inexpensive either. This turned out even better than I imagined. As soon as she put the X brace on she felt immediate relief. She is so thankful that I discovered them on Amazon. I am now recommending them to friends and other family who suffer similar foot pain.

I have to return... the backs won’t stay on. I ordered the correct size and watched the video how to put it on... I even put on trousers socks to keep it in place. It’s just keeps coming off. So disappointed because I had such high hopes that this would work for my plantar. I’m highly allergic to adhesive on tape so this looked like the perfect solution.

My daughter is a gymnast with flat feet. The XBrace allows her to practice without having to wrap her feet every time. Her only complaint is that they sometimes pop off during floor routines.

When I received the braces I was excited. Was so in need of a solution for my plantar fasciitis issue! I put both braces on and they were comfortable, however they never stayed on the heels of my feet. Walking, standing or laying down. Also, after a few days of wearing the braces, the rubber on the inside began to fall off. Was very disappointed in this product.

Unfortunately, the strap that goes over the heel slips off the foot. I have a very narrow heel, maybe that contributes to the issue. I ended up cutting it off and just wear the part that goes over the arch. I like the sturdiness of this piece but unfortunately for me, the overall design just doesn't hold up to expectations.

My daughter was having a lot of pain in her heals at gymnastics and these help her out so much that she can keep doing what she loves.
