I love this product! This is the first time I have used beef tallow on my face and skin in general and I honestly noticed a difference after the first use. There is no funny smell, and it makes your skin so so soft. It’s not greasy at all and your skin feels fresh and wonderfully hydrated.

This tallow honey balm is a miracle in a jar! It’s incredibly nourishing and helped calm my dry, irritated skin within just a few uses. Have had this tallow balm for about a month now. Got it for my husband’s dry skin and have noticed improvement in the redness and skin texture where he’s been applying it. I’ve tried it too and it’s got a very mellow smell that vanishes in a few minutes after applying so it doesn’t interfere with other fragrances. It’s thicker than my CeraVe cream, but not so thick that’s it’s difficult to spread. It absorbs into the skin without a tacky or greasy film and leaves my skin feeling comfortable for hours after application. I’ve used it on a patch of eczema and have noticed the skin on that spot getting softer and less inflamed when I’ve been consistent in application.

I'm going to be brutally honest here: I NEVER put anything onto or into my body that is MIC as I just have such a fear of all of the what ifs. I don't know why I decided to take a risk with this cream but I did and surprisingly I'm impressed! I'd been wanting to try tallow cream for quite some time because I'd read that it was the closest thing you could get to human sebum, and since my skin is sooo dry, is aging, and lacking its own sebum production, I wanted to see if it would be at all helpful. I'm 40-years-young, of mixed Pacific Islander and Asian descent with year round tan skin. I'm not particularly wrinkly yet but my skin is starting to noticeably dry up especially if I don't moisturize after living most of my life only seldomly moisturizing (again, I'm someone who doesn't like to do much of anything to my body unnecessarily from taking medicine to applying chemicals, etc.). But I do believe in using/consuming natural and organic products as much as possible so obviously that's where the idea of using tallow came in. When I opened the jar I expected a scent but didn't pick up on one initially. Upon applying it to my hands, I could smell a very faint but pleasantly sweet honey scent. The cream absorbed quite quickly and though it did sit on the surface of my skin for a little while, the residue wasn't oily or sticky at all. It just made my skin soft, supple and visibly moisturized. It remained that way for several hours, even after I'd lightly washed my hands with plain water. I ended up taking a shower and applying the cream over my entire body including my face (I was really nervous about that as my face is ultra sensitive). Though I did end up getting one small itchy red bump on my chin that went away after about half an hour, there was no other irritation that I'd noticed and did not get any bumps or other noticeable irritation from subsequent applications moving forward. My face was *ridiculously* smooth as was the rest of my body where the cream had been applied. The next morning my skin remained just as soft and smooth as the night before, though I could tell that the cream had obviously absorbed a bit. Unlike most of my other lotions, this cream actually settles into my skin (which is what I want) rather than just sitting as a layer on top (nourishment versus protection, if that makes sense). I have yet to see if this cream actually does anything positive in the long run or is just something that has to constantly be used, but for a MIC cream I have a feeling I'm going to be buying this again! 😅

I like this! I do NOT find it too greasy. No smell at all to me and I am very sensitive to smell. I have sensitive skin and no issues at all. I am very picky about scent and texture. Works just fine on my mature dry skin. Easy to rub on. Works well with make-up, and gives you a glowy look. I think for the money, it is a great buy and will last me a long time.

I tried beef tallow once and I haven’t gone back and mixed with the honey makes you feel and smell extremely good it’s just a rich, all-natural balm moisturizer that really delivers on hydration. The texture is a whipped creamy feel that melts into the skin without feeling greasy. It’s great if you have dry or sensitive skin. It leaves your skin feeling soft, nourished, and with a natural glow. A little goes a long way.

I just received my order and I opened the jar to see if it smelled like chemicals. It did not and I was pleasantly surprised that it had a very light fresh scent. I rubbed some on my hand and it absorbed immediately like magic. It's not greasy either. My hand feels soft and silky. I'm already impressed with this product and the packaging looks very plain and recyclable. When I was looking for a beef tallow product, this brand caught my eye because it had the same ingredients as the more expensive brand but was cheaper and I didn't have to buy three or six at a time to get the cheaper price. Try it before you throw your money away on more expensive brands with fancy packaging.

I was hesitant to buy this stuff, I’ve only used it once. This product goes on smoothe and truly does feel like HELLO HYDRATION. I only give four stars because I have not used it enough for a true review. I hope it does well on my skin. I’ve heard the benefits are wonderful and this product has excellent reviews. So far my skin feels hydrated not greasy whatsoever, it’s truly moisturizing and the packaging and ingredients look to be great quality.
