I have only used this for veggies and it worked pretty well. Like everyone else said, it kept all the flavor. I don't think it will last the full 100 uses though. They don't seem thick or sturdy enough to last after washing them. I like to scrub really hard.* I received this product for a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
