I would say refrigeration is optional. With very salty items such as Oyster sauce, microbial growth is of little concern. It may say "refrigerate after opening" on the label to keep the lawyers happy, but I doubt you would find it in the refrigerator in most asian households.

30%. I have tried soooo many oyster sauces. This one is amazing!! Been using it for years. Never disappoints!

Hello, ingredients are: Oyster extract (30%), soy sauce (soybean, wheat flour, salt)(28.8%), water (11.6%), sugar (10.1%), salt (8.1%), modified starch (7.5%), corn starch (3.5%), glucono-delta-lactone (0.1%), sodium benzoate(0.1%). I will add an image showing the backside labels ASAP.

Q: Is this product Vegan ?

No - but you can get a mushroom “oyster” sauce - similar in flavors/textures. (Was offered as a vegan alt in a cooking class I took last year in BKK - this sauce was what we used in class)
