Sucks don't purchase from SalonGuys
The overall look of the bowl is really cool. But It just doesn't quite work right. The bowl to chair ratio is off... It's almost made for really short people, tall people don't sit well in the bowl. It doesn't fit comfortable on the neck area and everything about it is just off. I wish I could return it, I'm not happy with my purchase.Be warned consumers, this company sells defective items and when you try to get your money back or a replacement they will not help you! #salonguys sold me this defective product and will take no responsibility in helping me get a new one or my money back. #Salonguys and #amazon both denigned me any kinda compensation. So if you are shopping for backwash systems don't buy it on #amazon!
