excellent customer service
I purchased this phone card recently and had a little problem with the ring tone (the receiving party couldn't hear the ring tone). I called the customer service of Nalotel. Not only I was quickly being connected to and was able to talk to a customer service rep. (a really person), but also the problem was being solved in the matter of a few minutes. And they called back to follow up on the issue to see how it works now. I was very impressed and pleased.

Dont waste your money and time (If there is zero star, I will give it)
I bought the card a couple of months ago. And it never works properly. It usually takes a few tries to connect the call. And recently, it totally gave up. I tried to call my mom MANY times. It always tells me that the line is "busy". But the fact is .... my mom did not get any call on her side. I have also tried other family members. as I can not reach my mom.. AGAIN, it tells me the line is "busy"... And AGAIN, everybody tells me that they did not get any call from me. I feel that I lost money to purchase product and now I am wasting my time using this card...

Good Price Poor Quality
The price is good. You get a lot of minutes of calling time. But I found the quality of the connection to be consistently poor. I think I will try another calling card company next time.

The card does not work as expected - you may have to pay much more than you expected / calling through customer service needed
The actual pricing of calls does not match what is stated at the website of Nalotel. Also the instructions sent with the email that delivers your pin# do not work. When you call the Customer Service of Nalotel they tell you that despite the prices stated on their website calling your international number is a "special service" and your calls need to be connected through the Customer Service using a "special root". The pricing of such calls is 5-fold higher than the price you expect after you have seen the website of Nalotel. So, be prepared for surprises if you buy this phone card.
