AIO Box All-in-One Kit 4th Gen (40 Breeder)

Honestly love this filter , saves money on having to buy an all in one tank . Only thing I wish they done is built the sock holder in instead of a piece that hooks on the side to hold the sock . Other then that it’s worked great for my 75 gallon reef tank

I could not build one of these for the price. The size is just right. It is large enough for all the filter media you would need and I can easily fit my hand all the way down to the bottom. The media rack seams a little thin but I don't think that will be a problem. The return pump seams like just enough but it has a steel impeller shaft. I would have preferd ceramic. If you install this with the magnet in a 40b tank, the media basket will be hard to get out as it hits the rim. I installed mine with a bead of silicone between it and the glass and let it dry under its own weight. This gave me just enough clearance to solve this issue but now it's installed more permanently. It is shorter that my aqueon 40b so when I silicone this in, I had to leave a gap under it of about 1" to 1 1/2" which will be filled in/covered by substrate. Detritus trap??? We'll see? These minor issues is why I took off a star but over all, I'm happy and would purchase again!

A little bit complicated in installation. I was able to follow tank directions though.

Its is very possible to add after setup but a major hassle. Your tank must be bare bottom in order for it to fit.

Great product, well made, shipped fast. Was unable to use because another seller lost my tank in transit and I opted for an all in one aquarium/sump combo. If you're looking for a way to hide your equipment(filter, heater etc) and make your aquarium more visually appealing, get this product.
