Love this stuff!!! Not so much for the fat burning claims, which i don’t believe really works for any thermogenic. I used it as a better alternative to energy drinks. It keeps me awake and alert throughout my 12 hour shifts. If you’re feeling foggy in the mornings this will snap you right out of it.

Don't waste your money on this. The only effect I ever noticed was the caffeine, by which there are numerous cheaper ways to get it.
