Great bike - flat tire on arrival but great customer service
Updating my original review:My daughter loves the bike and it fits her very well (3 years old and about 38" tall). Overall, very happy with the bike itself. What I didn't love was the fact that the bike arrived with a flat tire and the instructions were very difficult to get through. You have to flip back and forth between instructions provided for different models to piece everything together and even then some details are missing. You have to cross your fingers and hope you did it right.I called their customer service number about the flat tire and they sent out two replacement tires that same day, so they arrived before the holiday and my daughter was none-the-wiser. Really great and helpful customer service. It's a great bike, but if you choose to order it, get it well in advance of when you need it and make sure to try putting it together with a couple weeks buffer as well so you can get replacement parts as needed. It seems nearly every recent reviewer has had one problem or another, so just plan for some extra time prior to when you want to give your kid the bike!

Perfect for my tiny three year old!
After much research, I decided to purchase this bike for my daughter based on price (not spending a fortune on a first bike, but also not getting something cheap and impossible to learn on), size (needed low minimum seat height as she's only 34" tall), and reviews (better on other sites than Amazon). This bike has been great! She is able to get going relatively easily and can now pedal faster than I can run! I love the parent push handle for both helping her up long, steep hills as well as a speed check when we are going down hill. Hopefully she'll be done with the training wheels this fall.As others have noted, the bike was not ready to ridden straight out of the box. We were able to perform all adjustments at home otherwise I would recommend having your local bike shop set up the bike.

Awesome bike!
My daughter loves this bike. She is the child that is afraid of everything, we’ve tried tricycles, balance bikes, scooters, you name it she’s afraid of it. So I did a ton of research on the website two-wheeling tots and I found that this bike is low enough so that children can still reach the ground while sitting on the seat. At first my daughter was uninterested but recently she has asked to go outside and try it out. She caught on ride away and now asks to go out and pedal daily without us holding on. It was exactly the bike we needed to boost her confidence and help her feel brave.

Know What You Are Buying - Great After Sales Service
I was initially disappointed with my order. I had ordered the Kid's bike knowing that there may have been some deficiencies which I thought would have been simply cosmetic. When I opened the box I discovered that the seat and seat post were missing as well as the handlebar post. I paid for a non-functioning bike. Cycle Force Group after sales service and, in particular, Steve was great. They quickly sent the replacement parts and were very accessible and responsive as we worked through the issue. I would certainly recommend Cycle Group to anyone but would caution all to investigate what the deficiencies are when a "deal" is offered.

Check the tires!
I'll say this first, I had kept this bike in the box until now only because there is no place at home where I could have successfully hidden it fully-assembled for over two weeks. I would have given this product a 5 star rating, but I just took it out of the box and assembled it only to find that the front tire has a fast leak somewhere near the valve. This was meant to be this year's big Christmas gift and with this being the weekend before the big day, there's no way I'll be able to get it repaired or replaced in time. I'm pretty disappointed.

Much lighter than the Walmart, toys r us, etc. bikes. Nice stance with a lower seated position and wider distance between the wheels. These factors, coupled with larger wheels, makes balancing/riding much easier for my daughter. She will be 3 in a month and is riding without training wheels.

Flat tire out of the box.
First bike arrived in used condition. Sent it back immediately without attempting to assemble. The replacement bike arrived today, 4 days before my daughter's birthday, with a flat tire out of the box. Like others stated, the directions are vague at best and you will need some patience to assemble this toddler bike. Now to figure out the flat tire....ugh.....

Great bike
Great bike. Lightweight, nice frame. 3 year old daughter has been using a balance bike for a couple years and jumped on this and learned after a few tries. Love the handle for helping her learn.

Great bike. Would most likely buy another down the road. The assembling instruction is not specific for this bike which omits a few parts for this specific bike. Nothing serious but if you are not handy and 1st time ever putting a bike together, it is not helpful and you could end up putting things in the wrong way.

Nicely designed bike
Nicely designed bike. Geometry well thought. The components are not so good though. Assembled parts in the box were also not done by qualified professional, with some damage to the frame due to erroneous assembly sequence (nut torqued with missing washer, removing the paint and quite a bit of the aluminum bracket of the rear wheel). The hand brake is adjustable and fits small hands but quite hard for a little kid to pull the lever. It is flimsy and with lots of friction. The removable bar that comes with the bike is very good for training newbyes, but it came with severely damaged painting caused by fretting in the box.I spent quite some time disassembling it and making adjustments. I still recommend the product, but I was expecting better quality for the price.
